Printing & Technology at Waidner-Spahr Library: Print from a Flash Drive

This guide provides basic instructions on how to use technology available in Waidner Spahr Library, including Toshiba services (printing, scanning, copying), and media:scape tables.

Printing from a Flash Drive

Make sure the file is saved in the Flash Drive as a PDF, JPEG or TIFF.
Insert the Flash Drive into the USB port and use your Dickinson ID to login into the printer.
Press the Home Button (house picture above logout) to access the Print function.

 From the home options, select 'Print'.

From drop down menu, choose USB, then select the correct file to be printed.

Select USB option    Select PDF file.

Settings can be adjusted as needed but will also depend on how the original document was formatted.
Files can be printed single-sided or double-sided (in the book setting, pages turn over from right to left or tablet setting pages flip over from bottom to top).
