This libguide provides basic instructions on how to use technology available in Waidner Spahr Library, including Toshiba services (printing, scanning, copying), media:scape tables, and the video collaboration station.

Printing with a Wireless Laptop

PaperCut is the web-based program used to print wirelessly.
Save your printing job as a PDF before you proceed to the next step.
If you have a different type of document, select Save as and select  .pdf as the file type.
For picture files you can save as a bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff.

Wireless color printing and single-sided printing are not available.

Go to and use your Gateway username and password to login:

Once you have logged in, the following menu will appear:

You want to select Web Print from the left side menu and click on Submit a Job located on the right:

A list of printers will display:

Library Printer OptionsSelect the best location to release your printing job in the library:
dknprint\HIG0002 - Library (by Lower Level Service Desk)
dknprint\HIG0006- Library, Main Level, Reference Area (Toshiba)
dknprint\HIG0008- Library, Main Level, Circulation Desk (Toshiba)

Then click on "2. Print Options and Account Selection".

Click on Upload Document:

Using the Browse option, select your saved PDF to be uploaded from the computer.
Then click on Upload & Complete.

The following menu will appear showing the file ready to be released at the selected library printer.

Job Submitted Queue

Printing jobs are held in the queue for 24 hours, if not released, jobs are automatically canceled.
For troubleshooting issues, please speak to a library staff member at a service desk.
