Faculty and Staff requests for books, journal articles and book chapters are currently being processed through ILLiad only. The timeline for delivery may be affected by the availability of services at other libraries.
Student requests for journal articles and book chapters are also being processed through ILLiad, but requests for physical books are suspended for the Fall 2020 semester.

The purpose of Interlibrary loan is to support faculty and student research by providing access to materials that the Dickinson College library does not own and to materials owned but currently unavailable by requesting those materials from other institutions. We reciprocate by lending our books and copying documents for other institutions.
Current students, faculty, staff, and emeritus professors have full ILL privileges.
Alumni and retirees may use ILL services at no charge when the material requested can be obtained free of charge. However, when libraries bill for services, these charges will be passed on to the patron making the request.
