The following reference works are only a small representation of the books in our collection that might be useful for you in this class. An easy way to find additional reference works would be to do a SUBJECT search in the library catalog for "reference," or "encyclopedia," plus a topic like "natural hazards" or "natural disasters." You can also use the "Reference Entries" limiter under the "Source Type" section on the left after you do a search for your topic (if you do this, don't add the subject search for reference or encyclopedias).
