Background & Areas of Expertise

As a graduate of the History Program at Dickinson College, I became interested in library work while using the resources in the Waidner-Spahr library as a student. After I graduated in 2016, I have worked in the Waidner-Spahr Library in multiple department areas while receiving my MLIS. I came to the Technical Services Department because of my interest in library resource acquisition and organization.

I enjoy talking with students about their research and being a sounding board as they develop their ideas. I also have a strong background in historiography and the strategies used when conducting historical research.
