Permalinks for Ebrary

In Ebrary, you can use permalinks to link to entire e-books, pages, and chapters.

Linking to an entire ebrary E-book:

  1. Connect to the main page of the book, and click on "Share link to book" on the left side of the screen.
  2. A box will open with a URL you can copy that will link back to the book.

Linking to Specific Page or Chapter

To link to a specific page:

  1. Navigate to the specific page you want to link to by clicking on "Read Online" and typing in the page in the box on the top right.
  2. Click on the "Share link" icon on the top of the page. It looks like a paperclip.
  3. A box will open with a URL you can copy that will link back to that page.

To link to a specific chapter:

  1. Click on "Read Online" to navigate to the e-book.
  2. On the left side, locate and click on the chapter you want to link to.
  3. Click on the "Share Link" button in the toolbar above (looks like paperclip).
  4. A box will open with a URL you can copy that will link back to that page, the beginning of the chapter.
